Pacific Imaging Management LLC is looking for a full time team member in our Patient Scheduling Department located in Templeton, California.

Key Responsibilities:Utilize multiple specialized computer software programs across multi-monitor setups to efficiently perform daily scheduling tasks.
Schedule 25+ medical imaging exams daily following completion of initial training.
Handle 20+ inbound patient phone calls daily and conduct outbound calls for orders ready to be scheduled.
- Follow up on outstanding orders, laboratory results, and medical chart notes to ensure complete documentation.
Earn performance incentives ranging from $2.00 to $8.00 per hour when scheduling 29+ exams per day.
