About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Massage Therapist & Spa Therapist to join their tranquil wellness center in Welkom . This role is fundamental in providing therapeutic massage and holistic spa treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well‑being for clients. You will work in a serene environment, utilizing your expertise to create personalized treatment plans that meet individual client needs.

• Perform a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and hot stone therapy.
• Conduct client assessments to understand their specific needs, physical condition, and any contraindications.
• Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans to address client goals, such as pain reduction, stress relief, or muscle recovery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment according to spa standards.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and provide recommendations for self‑care.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently and maintain accurate client records.

• A valid Massage Therapy certification from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in multiple massage techniques and an understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent palpation skills and the ability to adapt techniques to individual client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics, client confidentiality, and hygiene standards.
• Experience in other spa therapies such as body wraps or scrubs is a plus.
