School Psychologist in Fontana, CA

An exciting opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to provide essential support and expertise at the high school level in a full-time, in-person role. This contract position may include some itinerant responsibilities, allowing you to make a positive impact across multiple educational sites. Contribute to the academic and emotional well-being of high school students, collaborate with educators, and support student success in a dynamic environment.

• Valid School Psychologist credential required
• Experience in a school setting, preferably at the high school level
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Competence in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Flexibility to manage both on-site and itinerant responsibilities
• Commitment to creating positive learning environments for all students

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational assessments and interpret results
• Develop recommendations for student learning plans and support strategies
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to address academic and behavioral concerns
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate accommodations
• Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students
• Promote positive mental health and effective coping strategies
• Travel between designated sites as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $42.88 to $72.88. Eligible candidates may also receive:
