is a brand-new Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care senior community that offers our employees and residents friendliness, a homelike setting, and an inspiring environment.

• Perform medication set-up and assist residents on the Medication Program with the self-administration of their medications

• Must be able to set up, record, and assist with medications as ordered by physicians and/or at the direction of the LVN and RSD.

• Provide medication assistance documentation per policy and state requirements including:

oDocument medication assistance on Medication Assistance Records (MARs) immediately after assistance, leaving no blanks

oDocument reasons for PRN medication on reverse of MARs, noting effectiveness of medication
