The Caregiver provides essential hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence while building meaningful relationships. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), and documenting any changes. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating effectively with families and care team members.
In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences tailored to residents with memory loss.
Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be 18 or older, and possess or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification. Strong compassion, reliability, and communication skills are essential.
