Supervisor (FOH)
Hourly | Part-Time or Full-Time | $20.00–$30.00/hr

We’re seeking experienced, service-driven Supervisors who lead by example and ensure an elevated, seamless guest experience. The role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about maintaining high standards of service and operations.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards and policies are upheld
• Support and guide service staff to exceed guest expectations
• Proactively address guest needs and resolve concerns
• Monitor staff punctuality, uniform standards, and side work completion
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall facility standards
• Touch tables regularly and build strong guest relationships
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and BOH teams throughout shifts

• Three (3) years of experience in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and proper service standards
• Proficiency in POS systems
• Experience in upper-casual or fine-dining environments preferred
• General understanding of Department of Labor standards
• Knowledge of San Diego’s hospitality and cultural scene is a plus
