Executive Housekeeper (Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite)

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and ensure the resort is clean, sanitized, and ready for guests.

Relocation assistance and temporary housing is available.

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $70,304 - $88,400 / year. In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.

• Lead and manage a team of Housekeepers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management and evaluation.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies; order and distribute supplies and equipment.
• Ensure that all reports, orders, and projects are completed.
• Monitor and control expenses and payroll, while ensuring proper resources are in place.
• Conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed.
• Ability to drive company vehicles throughout the property.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least five years of experience managing a team.
• Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures, and cleaning solvents.
• Knowledge of how to use Material Safety Data Sheets for cleaning solvents.
• No degree required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Visual acuity is sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfaces.
