About the roleFour Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, provide an exceptional guest experience at check‑in, during the stay, and on departure. This role works to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during arrival and departure, responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and aligning with Four Seasons service standards.
Whatyou will do
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Assist guests in all inquiries regarding hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in‑house events, directions, etc.
- Respond to all guest requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Interact with guests in person and by phone.
- Resolve guest complaints, find opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for all guests.
- One or more years of experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cross‑cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
- Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guests’ preferences.
- Full‑time position.
- Ability to cover overnight shifts when needed.
- Hourly range: $23.07.
