The Opportunity

As Director of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for leading teams across multiple restaurant outlets and banquets for Tenaya Lodge. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who combines a strong results-driven mindset with genuine empathy, fostering both performance and people, creates a strong alignment between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and cultivates talent by empowering team members to reach their full potential.
