Front Desk Agent​/Night Auditor; Midland

Hampton Inn by Hilton Midland is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling check‑ins and check‑outs, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the night shift.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Make reservations, check guests in and out efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist with night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities
• Respond to guest requests promptly and effectively

• Previous experience in a hotel front desk role is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with hotel booking systems and phone systems is preferred
