Responsible for providing outstanding, friendly and informative guest service while performing all audit tasks in a professional manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Performs essential functions of Hotel Front Desk Representative duties while on shift.
- Performs hotel audit in a professional manner.
- Repairs posting errors performed by day and night shift (Hotel Front Desk Representative). Reports habitual errors to the Hotel Manager at first opportunity.
- Distributes reports to appropriate departments.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Night Auditor has authority to show errors to Hotel Front Desk Representative’s for training purposes.
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education / Experience- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have 1 year hotel front office experience.

Computer OperationsBasic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. Computer experience essential, including all windows applications. Prefer individual that is proficient in LMS Property Management software.
Language SkillsAbility to read and write English. Ability to communicate effectively.
Mathematical Skills- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to add strings of numbers. Multiply and divide 5 and 6 digit numbers. Ability to find accurate averages and percentages.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
OtherSkills and Abilities
- Ability to operate standard office equipment (copier, fax, etc.).
- Must be able to work with American Indian people and be sensitive to their culture.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
- Participate in proactive team efforts of Bear River Casino Resort.
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.
The position requires the ability to lift and carry items subject to thresholds (10–25 lbs for common tasks, up to 100 lbs for heavier tasks). Candidates must be able to stand, walk, sit, handle/finger, reach outward, climb, crawl, squat or kneel, and bend as required for the role.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics include moderate noise level. Must work in a smoke-filled environment while using state-of-the-art filtration systems to reduce cigarette smoke exposure.

- Must receive and maintain a valid gaming license from the Tribal Gaming Commission.
