Seacliff Inn, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is searching for a part‑time Night Audit to join the team! The Night Audit will be responsible for assisting guests in all guest services related functions. The Night Audit will also close hotel books at night by running night audit final after ensuring all revenues are in balance nightly. Must be available to work Monday & Tuesday nights.
CoreResponsibilities
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
- Greet arriving guests and complete established check‑in procedures daily to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Facilitate guest departures daily by following established procedures to close guest accounts and determine future room availability.
- Calculate and post monies, receipts, guest accounts, and other forms of credit using proper cash handling methods and procedures to present accurate hotel charges upon checkout.
- Answer inquiries and accept reservations in person and over the phone, utilizing PHC’s reservation guidelines; communicate hotel rates and information, use suggestive selling techniques, and create value for guests.
- Maintain good guest relations by staying abreast of all in‑house and area functions to answer questions and concerns timely and knowledgeably in person and on the phone.
- Operate the PBX equipment: accept incoming calls, assist outgoing calls, set wake‑up calls, and communicate to guests to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Control and balance cash and credit transactions at the front desk and maintain complete responsibility for personal banking as specified by hotel policy.

Pay Range: $20.00–$21.63 per hour.

- Skillful in project planning/ tasks and able to prioritize projects/tasks.
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel front desk experience preferred.
No specific licenses or certifications required.
