Location: Bermuda Dunes

Wedding Coordinator & Banquet Operations

Full Time – Bermuda Dunes, CA, US

Pay Rate: $28/hr

Quarterly Bonus: $1,500

Responsibilities
  • Run event logistics from setup to guest send‑off, including banquet capturing and serving.
  • Coordinate wedding day details—rehearsal coordination, decor setup, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist with wedding planning tasks such as floor plans and vendor communications.
  • Collaborate with in‑house planning, sales teams, on‑site staff, and vendors to deliver excellent experiences.
Qualifications
  • No prior wedding experience required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Strong eye for detail and people skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while remaining calm.
  • Quick, proactive approach to tasks.
  • Passion for creating memorable moments for clients and guests.
  • College degree or equivalent hospitality experience preferred.
Additional Information

Physical requirements may include lifting chairs, moving tables, and assisting with banquet set‑up and tear‑down.

Flexibility is required; weekends and holidays are mandatory.
