Job Title
Le Fairmont Monte Carlo est un hôtel de luxe situé au cœur de la Principauté de Monaco. Il est doté de 596 chambres, suites et résidences ainsi que de quatre restaurants, de trois bars, d'un Centre Fitness, d'un Spa, de deux piscines, d'un Room Service et d'un service Traiteur.
Job ResponsibilitiesReleving to the Director of Accommodation, the key responsibilities and essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in the preparation of VIP and ALL clients arrivals
- Manage VIPs and daily priorities
- Set up the decoration and welcome products before the arrival of clients
- Welcome clients upon their arrival at the hotel
- Accompany clients to their room/suite
- Contribute to the personalization of the service
- Recruit new clients to the ALL loyalty club
- Perform sparkles
- Communicate with clients via Easy Way, instant communication
- Spend time with clients to better understand them and know their preferences
- Show clients around the hotel, the facilities, and the points of sale
- Manage the flow of clients in the Lobby
- Take care of clients waiting at c/in and c/out. Do not leave them alone
- Offer a professional, pleasant, and engaging service at all times
- Intervene at the Reception, Conciergerie, in the Lobby to meet the needs of clients
- Increase occupancy rates by making incentive sales of room types
- Promote the hotel's points of sale
- Respect the policies, procedures, and service standards of the department
- Respect all safety policies
- Know how to program room keys
- Perform evictions as needed
- Follow up on all client requests or complaints as requested by the House Manager
- Perform various missions assigned by the Director of Accommodation, the House Manager, the Chief of Reception, the Concierges.
- Other tasks as assigned
- Fluency in French and English. Italian would be a plus
- Previous experience in client management in a similar establishment is an asset
- Previous experience with an OPERA system is an asset
- Ability to use Microsoft Windows applications is an asset
- Professional presentation required
- Positive attitude

- Uniform provided by the establishment
- 735.15 euros per month
