Native Oaks Golf Club – Outside Services Attendant
Native Oaks Golf Club is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for an Outside Services Attendant. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a hospitality environment and are highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Outside service staff will manage the preparation of golf cars for player use, cleaning and prepping cars as they leave the course, and safely storing them nightly. Responsibilities include preparing the range, maintaining the range image throughout the day, closing the range at dusk, properly cleaning, loading, and storing member and guest bags, and assisting with player services such as the bag drop and getting players on and off the golf course.
Pay Rate Range: $16.90 - $17.90 per hour
Key Responsibilities of the Outside Services Attendant- Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
- Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
- Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
- Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.
- Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon Golf.
- Assists players by changing their golf spikes, if needed.
- Performs range maintenance such as presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands and maintaining ball inventory over the course of the day.
- Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
- Assists with food and beverage event setup.
- Cleans golfers' clubs upon completion of play.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Performs other duties as required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must be available on weekdays, weekends, evenings, holidays and at times extended hours.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
