Peregrine Hospitality - 6462 Washington Street - Responsibilities:
Set up and serve food and beverages to guests at banquet functions according to hotel standards;
Read Banquet Event Order (BEO) and be familiar with the menu of the assigned function;
Adhere to cash handling policy and participate in required meetings and trainings;
Prepare room according to BEO and various meal functions; set tables and maintain banquet storeroom;
Clean banquet space after function and restock equipment and supplies
