Love creating memorable guest experiences and being the person who helps make a stay unforgettable? Trailborn is looking for a Guest Services Agent to join our team.
As a Guest Services Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests—welcoming arrivals, assisting with requests, providing information, and helping create a comfortable and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and passionate about hospitality.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests upon arrival and complete check-in while ensuring guest information is accurate
- Answer guest questions and provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation needs, and other requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Support additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, or resort experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish, is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems preferred

Schedule
Hospitality requires a flexible schedule. Team members may be required to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs and seasonal demands.
