Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of china, glass, and silver; sanitation standards;
Assist kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas;
Operate the dishwashing equipment and return items to storage;
Assist in setup and breakdown of the restaurant buffet and assist Banquets as required;
Follow sanitation standards and safety rules
