As the Host, you are the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them with a smile and guiding them to their tables. You will collaborate with servers to ensure guests are treated with courtesy and attentiveness. You may assist the cashier with payments and ensure accurate handling of bills and tips. • Hospitality Heroes: Greet, seat, and engage guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Appearance Avengers: Maintain a neat appearance, wear the uniform and nametag, and project a positive image.
• Safety Superstars: Follow all safety and health policies to protect guests and teammates.
• Operations Orchestrators: Manage reservations, seating flow, and coordination with servers to maintain service quality.
• Finance Fixers: Assist with payments and tips, ensuring accurate processing.
• Skill Builders: Participate in trainings, take on new tasks, and demonstrate teamwork and reliability.

• High school diploma or relevant hotel/industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze information from various sources and adapt as needed.
• Basic understanding of financial data and arithmetic functions.
