Aimbridge Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate and negotiate all event details, collaborate with clients on menus, setups, and sleeping rooms, and tackle upsell opportunities;
Respond to inquiries, book events, draft contracts and BEOs, and distribute weekly packets and reminders;
Post event schedules, assist with event collateral like vouchers and signage, and organize VIP requests;
Type and distribute correspondence, handle phones and messages, and maintain trace logs for CS/Catering;
Maintain a friendly, attentive attitude and adhere to company standards
