Monitor the locker room and public spa areas during operating hours and assist guests and members;
Issue lockers, provide towels, assist with lockers, steam, sauna, and guest amenities;
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the spa and ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is in proper working order;
Demonstrate and instruct guests on the use of steam and sauna equipment;
Use Spa software to check guest appointments
