Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and ensure sanitation standards.;
Assist kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas.;
Operate the dishwashing equipment to ensure items are cleaned and sanitized.;
Assist in setup and breakdown of buffet and banquets as required.;
Report maintenance needs on equipment and assist in other duties as needed.
