Status: Seasonal, Winter (Part Time & Full Time Opportunities Available)

Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking enthusiastic Guest Services Agents to sell ticket products including lift access, equipment rentals, and Snow sports School lessons. In this guest-facing role, you will provide guests with appropriate tickets / passes, Snow sports school, and general mountain information while always delivering exemplary customer service in all situations. This position requires availability on weekends and holidays and is a key part of the first impression Sugar Bowl makes on every guest.

Situated atop beautiful Donner Summit, Sugar Bowl has a storied past with ties to Austrian ski culture, Hollywood and Walt Disney. Who

You Are:

Excellent communication skills with a warm and professional demeanor

Ability to learn the ticket selling computer system, full product lineup, and current pricing

Some computer experience preferred

A strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple tasks at once

Must be fluent in English

Must be able to pass a background check

Open to learning new skills and supporting other departments as needed - a versatile, team-first mindset

Availability required on weekends and holidays

What You’ll do:

Maintain a thorough knowledge of lift tickets, rentals, lessons, resort services, pricing, locations, and meeting times.

Accurately sell and process resort products through the ticketing and point-of-sale system.

Welcome guests and provide assistance at indoor and outdoor guest service locations.

Support rental operations, including boot fitting, equipment setup, and basic ski or snowboard teching.

Assist with guest communications by responding to questions in person, by phone, email, or other communication channels.

Manage lost-and-found items, including documenting, organizing, storing, and helping reunite guests with lost belongings.

Resolve guest questions and concerns in a courteous, patient, and solutions-focused manner.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Build positive and cooperative working relationships with team members and other resort departments.

Cross-train and lend a hand in other departments as needed, building a broader understanding of resort operations

Perform additional duties as directed by the Supervisor or Manager.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods during a full shift

Ability to work indoors in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment during peak periods

Ability to perform occasional snow removal, including light shoveling around the work area

Ability to operate a computer and point-of-sale system throughout the shift

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds as needed
