- - Responsibilities:
Walk assigned floors at the beginning and end of shift; clean public areas including hallways, elevators, and stairwells.;
Assist sectional housekeepers with tasks (moving furniture, rollaways, etc.).;
Report maintenance issues and lost items, and coordinate with housekeeping on items needing attention.;
Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.;
Transport baby cribs and rollaway beds to guest rooms.
