Trinchero Napa Valley is seeking a Tasting Room Lead in St. Helena, CA to support day-to-day operations and deliver an elevated hospitality experience for guests.
Reporting to the DTC Manager, you will help manage staff, events, and promotions in a high-end tasting room environment. The role requires 2–3 years of winery hospitality or sales experience, strong communication, math and computer skills, and a proven ability to lead a team.
