Spa Curator

Marriott is seeking a Spa Curator to design and oversee exceptional spa experiences in our hotel environment. This role coordinates treatments, manages service schedules, and supports spa staff to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and luxurious guest journey. The Spa Curator maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance, partners with vendors to manage products and supplies, and tracks performance to meet revenue and satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Curate and coordinate spa services, treatment menus, and guest experiences to align with Marriott brand standards
• Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, bookings, and front-desk coordination
• Support, guide, and coach spa staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Monitor spa cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health and sanitation regulations
• Manage inventory, product ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure full stock and cost control
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to drive spa revenue, upselling, and package offerings
• Track key performance metrics, guest feedback, and satisfaction scores, implementing improvements as needed
• Assist with training new team members on service standards, products, and operating procedures
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain loyalty and positive reviews
• Coordinate promotions, seasonal offerings, and special wellness events to increase spa utilization
