Spa Curator

As a Spa Curator at Marriott, you will design and oversee exceptional spa experiences that reflect our global hospitality standards. You will curate treatment menus, coordinate daily spa operations, manage bookings, and partner with therapists and vendors to ensure seamless, high-quality services. This role requires strong guest-service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive revenue through thoughtful programming and retail offerings.

You will uphold safety and cleanliness standards, support staff training, and collaborate with hotel leadership to create memorable, wellness-focused stays for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain spa treatment menus, wellness programs, and seasonal offerings aligned with Marriott brand standards.
• Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, room readiness, and coordination with therapists and support staff.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, handling reservations, inquiries, and issue resolution to ensure a luxury experience.
• Manage spa inventory, retail displays, and vendor relationships to optimize product mix and sales.
• Monitor revenue, utilization, and guest feedback to recommend promotions and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and Marriott policies.
• Support training and coaching of spa team members on service standards and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership, sales, and marketing to integrate spa offerings into guest packages and events.
