• Prepare guest rooms and public spaces to Hotel Carmel’s exacting standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.
• Review guest occupancy and prioritize room assignments with efficiency, care, and attention to detail.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and refresh rooms so every arrival feels like a first impression.
• Replace linens and towels with neatly folded, impeccably presented fresh items.
• Replenish guest amenities, including drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, and other essential comforts.
• Inspect rooms thoroughly to ensure every detail is guest-ready, from the bed presentation to the finishing touches.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, supplies, carts, and inventory with care and accountability.
• Communicate maintenance needs promptly, helping preserve the comfort, quality, and character of the hotel.
• Support the team with punctuality, reliability, and a genuine willingness to help create an exceptional guest experience.

• A sharp eye for detail and pride in creating spaces that feel fresh, calm, and inviting.
• A dependable, team-oriented approach to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• The ability to work independently, manage time well, and consistently meet high standards.
• A professional, polished presence and a sincere respect for guests, coworkers, and the property.
