As a Banquet Server, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring each event runs smoothly and that all guest expectations are exceeded. This position requires an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement, and setting up a buffet station if required.
• Assist in food preparation before and during events.
• Serve guests efficiently and courteously and respond to any requests or needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards during events.
• Coordinate with the culinary and event management team to ensure timely execution of services.
• Properly handle all banquet equipment and report any maintenance issues.
• Focus on guest experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
