Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform day‑to‑day housekeeping functions as assigned
- Cross‑train to back up the Laundry Department when needed
- Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments
- Ensure that assigned work areas are maintained clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive
- Adhere to all current regulations governing nursing facilities
- Develop a friendly, helpful rapport with residents
- Maintain the confidentiality and rights of all residents
- Performance of day‑to‑day housekeeping functions as assigned
- Ability to cross‑train in the Laundry Department as needed
- Adherence to safety and regulatory standards in a nursing facility setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents
- Commitment to confidentiality and resident rights
Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor
