• Deliver warm, polished, and engaging hospitality to all guests
• Lead educational wine tastings and present wines confidently and enthusiastically
• Build meaningful guest relationships that encourage return visits and club loyalty
• Maintain detailed knowledge of wines, vineyard history, winemaking, and current offerings

• Take guest orders for pizza, salads, charcuterie boards, wine, and merchandise
• Communicate orders with kitchen staff
• Deliver food and wine service efficiently and professionally
• Coordinate timing between tasting experiences and food service
• Maintain high presentation and sanitation standards for all food offerings

• Promote wine sales, merchandise, and wine club memberships
• Process wine orders for in-house, take-out, and shipping customers
• Confidently upsell wines, food pairings, and club memberships
• Support sales goals and help grow overall brand visibility
• Represent the winery at events, pop-ups, and community activations

• Open and close the tasting room and hospitality areas
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and operational preparation
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems (C7)
• Support inventory organization and merchandise displays
• Participate in shared daily facility cleaning duties, including:
• Dishwashing and polishing glassware
• Sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and restroom upkeep
