Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Twin Cities

We're looking for a Hotel Award Deal Analyst & Reporter to help power our Premium+ hotel deal service and create content for our website, newsletter, and social media feeds.

This role is part deal hunter, part travel writer, and full hotel award nerd. This person must be located in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area.

You'll spend some of your day searching for exceptional hotel award availability and cash deals across programs like Hyatt, Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, IHG One Rewards, and more. When you find something worth sharing, you'll turn it into a Hotel Alert or clear, engaging content that helps our members understand why it's special and exactly how to book it.

One day you might be uncovering rare award availability at Calala Island using Hilton points. Next, you could be writing a guide to Hyatt's best all-inclusive resorts, the latest exciting hotel opening, or highlighting an incredible luxury cash deal in Tokyo.

This role offers a great deal of autonomy while operating within established processes and editorial standards. We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work, welcomes feedback, follows direction well, and executes consistently without requiring constant supervision.

  • Participate in content planning and editorial discussions.
  • Share ideas to improve the hotel alerts program and overall member experience.
  • Follow established editorial standards, publishing workflows, and quality-control processes.
