Housekeepers are essential to the guest experience, ensuring cleanliness and comfort in every room.

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
• Proper utilization of equipment, supplies, and guest amenities
• Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
• Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following the standards set forth in the Green Program
• Practice safety standards and report hazards such as broken glass, frayed cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious persons
• Respect guests’ property at all times
• Responsible care of equipment
• Maintain accurate time records and adhere to posted schedule
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co‑workers at all times
• Perform other related duties as requested by the Floor Supervisor

• Housekeeping experience desirable
• Neat, pleasant personality
• Time management skills
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions
• Physical ability to move, traverse, and position self to reach corners, high places, and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces while operating cleaning equipment
• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25 lbs

Base pay $17.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
