The Night Audit Agent keeps Le Petit Pali at 8th Ave running smoothly after hours — welcoming late-night arrivals, closing out the day's business, and making sure every department starts the next morning on solid footing. You'll be the calm, capable presence guests and colleagues count on overnight.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests overnight, leading check-in/check-out, billing, and settling folios.
• Field phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries, proactively resolving needs to keep guests happy.
• Accurately input guest information and payments into hotel systems such as Opera.
• Communicate guest requests or concerns to the Front Desk Manager, Housekeeping, or Engineering, and conduct walkthroughs for safety, security, and cleanliness.
• Reconcile and complete all daily front desk tasks, addressing complaints and requests professionally.
• Investigate and document safety issues or incidents that occur during the shift, recommending steps to prevent recurrence.
• Communicate any significant guest complaints or issues to the General Manager or Supervisor.
• Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and represent the hotel with trusty service throughout the overnight shift.
• Lend a hand to other departments as needed to keep the hotel running smoothly overnight.

• Minimum two years of experience in guest reception, preferably in a boutique or luxury hotel setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic and property management/point-of-sale systems.
• Good judgment, calm under pressure, and able to work independently with minimal supervision overnight.

• Ability to stand for long periods and push, pull, or lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, able to work overnight and a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
