We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers / Room Attendants to support a variety of hotels, resorts, and hospitality properties throughout Orange County.
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in creating clean, welcoming environments and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Successful candidates will be reliable, efficient, and committed to providing an exceptional guest experience through cleanliness and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to company standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
- Clean bathrooms, mirrors, windows, and other surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas
- Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns
- Maintain cleaning carts, supplies, and equipment
- Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to follow directions and cleaning procedures
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Hotels, resorts, and hospitality properties
- Fast-paced environment with daily room quotas and guest service expectations
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
- Exposure to cleaning products and cleaning equipment
