- Lead change management initiatives in partnership with department leaders to support organizational agility and business transformation
- Implement career development frameworks, including learning paths, mentorship programs, and leadership development
- Partner with executive leadership to review and modernize compensation structures, including pay scales and reward frameworks
- Design and implement a performance management program with a focus on coaching and data-driven feedback

- Support major organizational initiatives, including relocation or restructuring efforts, with a strong focus on change management
- Ensure compliance with evolving employment laws and proactively mitigate risk
- Serve as an advocate for employees while balancing business needs and ensuring consistent HR practices
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level HR experience within an operating company environment; multi-site experience preferred
- Expertise in compensation and benefits design, pay equity, career pathing, policy interpretation, and vendor management
- Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership to drive business outcomes
- Sound judgment on when to escalate to legal counsel versus managing internally
- Comfort leading through change, including restructuring or relocation

- Highly adaptable, results-driven, and solutions-oriented
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications a plus
