Essential Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements while maintaining ethical and confidential handling of employee information.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with employees, applicants, department leaders, and external vendors.
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, status changes, terminations, and benefits enrollments and updates.
  • Manage monthly benefits enrollment processes and ensure accurate and timely benefits billing reconciliation.
  • Maintain employee personnel files, including I-9 documentation and compliance-related records, ensuring proper filing and retention standards.
  • Conduct onboarding for new hires, including paperwork completion, system setup, and training coordination.
  • Maintain employee training records within HRIS and ensure documentation is current and complete.
  • Manage daily updates to the applicant tracking system to reflect recruitment activity, hiring progress, and onboarding status.
  • Prepare employment-related correspondence including offer letters, applicant communications, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate and prioritize departmental workload, including assignment and review of administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support development of departmental goals, initiatives, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Process invoices, requisitions, billing documents, and other administrative transactions as directed.
  • Assist HR leadership with special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
  • Conduct inventory and maintain tracking of departmental supplies and resources.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • MUST have strong verbal and written communication, organizational, data entry and clerical skills required.
  • MUST maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • MUST be able to speak, read and write the English language.
  • MUST possess satisfactory data entry skills.
  • MUST be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Robinson Tribal Member.
