Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator provides comprehensive support across various HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, record-keeping, employee communications, and compliance activities. They manage administrative tasks related to employee relations and assist with HR initiatives, events, and inquiries. The HR Coordinator helps with hiring and managing records for employees. They answer questions from employees and help organize events.
Skill Requirements Must-Have Requirements
- HRIS proficiency
- Experience with ADP Workforce
- Advanced skills in Excel pivot tables
- Proficiency in Word mail merges
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Success Factors
- PHR certification
