Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a central role within the Talent Acquisition team, with primary responsibility for handling backend support for the team in a variety of tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities- Work with various internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative and proactive manner; comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
- Own and manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Coordinate complex calendars, ensuring timely and efficient interview setups.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Deliver a professional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Manage weekly/monthly recruiting metrics and additional ad‑hoc reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system.
- Support data audits, reporting, and overall system integrity.
- Respond to ad‑hoc requests and provide flexible support across the TA function.
- Manage internal and external vendors.
- Assist in documenting and refining TA processes, including creation of SOPs.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Two to four years of experience in a professional services environment; law firm preferred.
- Proficient use of Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and knowledge of the applicant tracking system (specifically Workday) are required.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Must be able to take initiative, be reliable, professional, team oriented and have the ability to multi‑task.
For New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $33.70 per hour and $37.50 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
