About the OpportunityThe Hire Mark is partnering with a growing healthcare organization seeking an experienced Corporate Human Resources Director to oversee Human Resources operations across nine Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).

Position OverviewThe Regional HR Director will provide strategic leadership and operational support to HR teams across multiple facilities. This individual will partner closely with facility administrators and executive leadership to drive HR initiatives, maintain compliance, improve employee engagement, and standardize best practices throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee Human Resources operations across nine Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to facility HR Managers and HR staff.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, California labor regulations, and healthcare requirements.
- Develop, implement, and standardize HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Partner with executive leadership on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Support recruiting and retention initiatives to attract and retain quality healthcare professionals.
- Lead training and development programs for HR personnel and facility leadership.
- Monitor HR metrics and reporting to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist with regulatory surveys, audits, investigations, and compliance initiatives.
- Travel between facilities as needed to provide leadership and support.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
Multi-site HR management experience required.
Healthcare, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), assisted living, or long-term care experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of California employment law, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel regularly between facilities throughout Southern California.
