Pro Source Land Services | Remote/Hybrid – Twin Cities, MN
Full-Time | $55,000–$65,000 annually

Pro Source Land Services is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support our employees and managers across a broad range of HR responsibilities.

Pro Source utilizes a managed payroll and benefits administrator, allowing this position to focus on employee support, HR administration, compliance and the day-to-day people needs of the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, practical, detail/process oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
Maintain employee records, HRIS information and personnel documentation
Serve as the internal liaison with our managed payroll and benefits administrator
Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR questions
Assist with employee relations, performance management and documentation
Coordinate leave, workers' compensation and unemployment matters
Maintain HR policies, handbook administration and compliance requirements
Coordinate employee communications, recognition and engagement activities
Support training and employee-development initiatives
Prepare routine HR reporting and workforce information

Qualifications

2–5 years of progressive human resources experience
HR Generalist, HR Coordinator or similar experience
Working knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Experience with UKG or a comparable HRIS platform preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus

The anticipated salary range is $55,000–$65,000 annually
, depending on experience and qualifications.
