Staffing Agency Recruiter

Noble Staffing Solutions is hiring a Part-Time Recruiter onsite in Fontana, CA
. This role supports staffing and hiring needs by helping source and select candidates, coordinate onboarding, and assist with client payroll-related tasks. You will also receive life insurance and paid time off

• Own the recruitment cycle from job posting through onboarding for new hires.
• Use applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS and Lever to manage candidate activity.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintain ongoing relationship management.
• Promote open roles through social media management and candidate engagement activities.
• Coordinate with HR teams to support a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
• Use clock systems to manage employee data and payroll information tied to new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Support client payroll processing.
• Drive to client sites for payroll approvals and check in new associates.

• Proven experience in recruitment or human resources
  , preferably in a corporate setting.
• Bilingual capability.
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess qualifications against job requirements.
• Excellent relationship management skills, with rapport-building for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Knowledge of sales principles is a plus to strengthen candidate engagement strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media management for recruiting purposes.
• A proactive sourcing approach using channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Valid driver license required.
