Position: Human Resources (HR) Coordinator
Location: Chatsworth

We are looking for an organized Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to support key HR operations for a Contract position based in Chatsworth, California. This role focuses on maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating onboarding documentation, and helping ensure compliance across core HR processes. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and prior experience working with HR systems and employee file management.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the distribution and tracking of employee paperwork through electronic signature platforms, ensuring timely completion of required documents.
• Review personnel files on a routine basis to identify missing forms, incomplete records, and documentation gaps that need follow-up.
• Conduct audits of I-9 records and organize supporting documents to help maintain compliance with employment eligibility requirements.
• Examine payroll-related records for accuracy and flag discrepancies for correction in partnership with the appropriate teams.
• Generate and compile reports from the HRIS/payroll system to support benefits planning and open enrollment preparation.
• Assist with onboarding activities by helping collect, process, and file new employee documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Support HR administrative functions by maintaining organized digital records and responding to document-related requests as needed.
