401k Essential Job Functions Collaborate with Financial Management Services (FMS), Independent Facilitators, regional center staff, and service providers.

Recruit, screen, and place candidates in Self-Determination Program roles

Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires

Serve as the main point of contact and support for families regarding staffing needs

Maintain accurate records of placements, schedules, and performance

Support payroll processing and assist with timecard management

Monitor program compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and funding requirements.

Participate in community outreach and educational efforts to promote understanding of the Self-Determination Program.

Foster positive relationships with clients and staff to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:2+ years of Self-Determination program experience

Professional communication and prompt follow-through

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems

Valid driver’s license

Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required
