About the Opportunity

Our client, a leader inSaaS Technology, is looking for a seasoned, client-side Workday Implementation Project Manager to join their team for a 12-month engagement. This project involves leading the day-to-day Workday implementation execution, partnering closely with the Systems Integrator (SI) and internal stakeholders. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Roadmap Management: Managing the Workday roadmap.
  • Project Leadership: Leading status meetings, tracking deliverables, and managing dependencies.
  • Risk Escalation: Escalating risks and ensuring clear visibility into project health for the PMO.
  • Implementation Execution: Leading day-to-day Workday implementation execution.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partnering closely with the Systems Integrator (SI) and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ yearsof experience in a similar role, including5+ years of experience in Workday HCM,with at least one full end-to-end Workday implementation.
  • Deep expertise in Workday HCMand3+ years of enterprise PM experience leading cross-functional technology programs with executive-level visibility. This isn t a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals; must be calm under pressure, highly organized, and action-oriented.
  • Experience with strong

    HR process knowledge(HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Talent) with cross-functional partnership experience.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team, including the executive level, and skilled inproject governance, including RAID, change management, timelines, and vendor coordination.
