This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

HII designs, develops, integrates and manages the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making. With data fusion and mission management capabilities for the Department of Defense, the combatant commands and the intelligence community, HII advances the mission around the globe.

HII Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Program Security Manager to support our work at Beale AFB, CA. The U-2 enterprise depends on rigorous protection of classified information across Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and industrial security domains. Your expertise ensures that some of the Air Force's most sensitive missions remain secure, compliant, and ready for global operations.

• A high-impact position safeguarding some of the Air Force's most sensitive programs
• Daily engagement with SAP, SCI, and industrial security activities
• A leadership role within a trusted security team supporting U-2 operations
• Opportunities to mentor junior personnel and shape security culture
• Hands-on experience with Air Force, DoD, and Intelligence Community security directives

• Conduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
• Maintain document accountability databases and associated records
• Process, track, and receipt inbound/outbound classified mail
• Execute proper destruction of classified materials
• Support reproduction and handling of classified documents
• Maintain daily logs and administrative records related to document control

• Process inbound and outbound data transfer files
• Manage magnetic media accountability
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers
• Maintain customer databases and points of contact

• Process and maintain inbound/outbound visit notices
• Escort visitors and maintain visitor logs
• Prepare and manage facility access control badges
• Conduct entry and exit inspections
• Maintain access control systems and visitor control procedures
• Perform data entry in the Personnel Access Security System (PASS)
• Maintain personnel security files and billet/quota information

• Review, track, and monitor clearance processing with government personnel
• Participate in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections
• Implement Top Secret control procedures for accountable materials
• Prepare and process Program Access Requests (PARs)
• Execute SAP Nomination Process Questionnaires
• Conduct DCII, JPAS, and SAPNP reviews for SAP access candidates
• Perform data entry and record checks in AFADS
• Conduct indoctrinations and debriefings

• Enforce customer Standard Operating Procedures
• Support security awareness and education programs
• Provide administrative support as directed by the site lead or Senior Security Representative
• Offer leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance to team members

• 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
• TS/SCI clearance (required)
• SPED certifications may count toward experience:
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) = 3 years
• Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) = 5 years
• Maximum credit for SPED certifications: 5 years total
• One year of experience per certification, up to three
• Must be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport

• Experience supporting SAP, SCI, or industrial security programs
• Familiarity with Air Force security compliance inspections
