• Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data platforms.
• Build and optimize data models for Snowflake data warehouse environments.
• Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and analysis.
• Work with semi‑structured data (JSON) for ingestion, parsing, and transformation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data models.
• Implement best practices for data modeling, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Optimize data structures to improve performance, scalability, and data accessibility.
• Maintain data documentation, lineage, and metadata for enterprise datasets.

• 6‑10 years of experience in data modeling.
• Knowledge of Mortgage Insurance and Servicing domain, specifically Active, Default and Secondary Market.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in MISMO standards (LDD, XML schemas, servicing data mappings).
• MISMO‑certified or capable of delivering through certified SMEs for compliance.
• Bachelor of Computer Science.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 a year
