The Lead IT Vendor Management Specialist will take charge of managing critical third‑party contracts within PG&E's Propel program, ensuring compliance with agreements and managing contract renewals. The right candidate will excel in monitoring, analysis, and compliance reporting while working closely with various teams to uphold consistent standards across operations.

This position reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain Propel and offers a hybrid work environment.

PG&E offers competitive compensation, with a pay range based on experience and skills. The expected salary is provided below:

Bay Area Min: $132,000
Bay Area Mid: $179,000
Bay Area Max: $226,000

California Min: $125,000
California Mid: $170,000
California Max: $215,000

• Lead supplier relationship management for key system integration partners.
• Advise senior leadership on contracting strategies and negotiations.
• Negotiate complex contract issues independently.
• Identify and enhance existing business processes within the department.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless alignment.
• Act as a key liaison between the contracts team and PG&E's Legal and Compliance departments.
• Mentor and support less experienced contract management staff.
• Deliver comprehensive contract management training to stakeholders.
• Track program contracts and their obligations.
• Analyze contracts to identify potential compliance issues.
