SAP engagement Manager at TRUGlobal in BRISBANE, California

Worked on at least 1‑2 full SAP engagements - S/4

HANA preferred or strong MM/SD/FICO background

Should be able to hold a credible conversation with client-side SAP architects

BTP or SAP Analytics Cloud exposure is a plus

Retail client experience is must

Should understand omnichannel, POS integrations

Has independently managed engagements in the $5M+ range

Knows how to run a steering committee, manage a RAID log, and handle scope creep without escalating everything internally

Can keep an offshore team aligned without constant hand-holding

Comfortable with both T&M and fixed-price commercial models

Can build and sustain relationships at IT Director level and above

Resolves issues at the client level

Has a track record of growing accounts - expanded scope, new work streams, new modules

Knows when to push back on the client and when to absorb

Understands margin, resource mix, and utilization at the engagement level

Can draft an SOW and put together a change order independently

Flags financial risk early - before it shows up in a report

Has led mixed onshore‑offshore teams of 10‑20 people

Experience managing delivery out of India-based teams preferred given Tru Global's model

Can get the best out of the offshore team across time zones without micromanagement

12‑15 years overall experience, 6+ years specifically in SAP delivery or consulting

US‑based clients experience - retail or CPG strongly preferred
