Lead Business Analyst
The Lead Business Analyst at HCL will be responsible for overseeing data analysis, business analysis, and Agile methodology to drive business objectives and improvements. They will play a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and implementing Agile strategies for effective project management.
Experience:
5+ yrs of Business Analyst experience at Onshore in customer facing role
Skills:
- Excellent in stakeholder management
- Excellent in communication
- Excellent in requirements traceability maintenance
- Very good hands on experience in UAT administration and defects management and defects triage
- Very good in providing internal status to Project Management and Program Management
- Experience in Contact Center IT landscape would be preferred
- Need a short runway to onboard, as the requirement is critical
